Patient consent is required for the purpose of enrolment into reminder systems provided by other agencies such as; pathology services and Pap smear registers.  The Surgery will also contact patients regarding reminders for procedures such as immunisations, blood pressure and cholesterol checks.  Our appointment system also has the ability to send you SMS reminders for upcoming appointments. Please inform the doctor should you prefer not be included on the reminder system.
