The Merimbula Medical Centre is equipped and authorised to upload and retrieve your electronic health record from a secure internet site. The Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record is a national programme which enables your essential medical records to be available to authorised doctors and hospitals. This is particularly useful if you have a complicated medical illness or if you are travelling. Your medical records will be immediately available when you need them most. If you would like your medical record uploaded to this site you will need to give your consent.
